Abstract
Author perform an assessment of superficial properties of materials through transferring liquids by surface-active substances based on the determination of the displaced fluid located in a layer of known thickness.
Results of studies in the application of drip and non-contact methods are presented. Features of non-contact method of superficial properties: emergence of dark spots at the beginning of the movement of the liquid and formation of ring structures. Authors show the important feature of interaction of surfactants with the surface water above a layer of sand - formation of moving objects.
