English as a second or unknown dialect is the utilization of English by speakers with various local dialects. Guidance for English-language students might be referred to as English as a subsequent language, English as an unknown dialect, English as an extra language, or English for speakers of different dialects. English as an unfamiliar language is utilized for non-local English speakers learning English in a country where English isn't ordinarily spoken.
