Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the level of satisfaction among physiotherapist with regards to their profession A cross sectional survey was conducted. The data was collected from 450 physical therapists with recognized degrees of BPT, PPDPT, and Masters in Physical Therapy. Data was collected from 5 tertiary care hospitals, 6 clinics and privately practicing Physiotherapists in Karachi. The results shows that 70% physiotherapist somewhat satisfied with their general working conditions. When assessed the barriers face during the job with respect to gender it was observed that neutral responses were reported.
