STEADY DEVELOPMENT OF REGIONAL ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

Kazakhstan has been working on building of the efficient market economy for several years. At the same time development of territories is slowed down by weakness of ability of local authorities to influence regional economy. Many social and economic problems may be solved on the level of local authorities without republican bodies. The author recommends to carry out local marketing researches, launch the municipal papers market and implement the model of corporate economy. Local authorities should enlist local population. Positive regulation of emerging problems is necessary.
