Abstract
Terms of the combat missions by convoy, extradition and judicial support units of the NG of Ukraine are characterized by a negative impact on moral and psychological state. This is especially evident in work with “hard” convicted, in adverse conditions or when work is disappointing. Also combat service of convoy, extradition and judicial support units is complicated in extreme situations associated with risk of the life and health. Servicemen miss not only the physical threat, but also the emergence of mental disorders. This causes a violation missions, impairment or disability, violation of discipline and other negative situation. That's why maintaining personal and psychological safety is a main task of managers of all levels of management. The basis of human security is the moral and psychological state. Many researchers are interested in identify the main positive and negative factors. However, there aren't apparatus for determining the level of moral and psychological state, so the chosen topic is up-to-date and relevant. The analysis of scientific researches shows that there are no common approaches to identify the system of factors, that affects on moral and psychological state. It is proved that special conditions of extreme profession specialists in their activity are always connected with influence of extreme factors. The purpose of the work is to find out the factors that positively or negatively affect on moral and psychological state of convoy, extradition and judicial support units of the National guard of Ukraine. The study shows that both moral and psychological state, during the performing combat mission, are affected by negative and positive factors. Negative: occupational stress, danger, fear, physical and psychological discomfort, high responsibility, interpersonal conflicts. Positive: need of achievement of respect from others, the desire for promotion, confidence and timeliness in completing the task, strong-willed activity and psychological readiness, high level of financial support.
