THE MODEL OF DETERMINING THE NECESSARY PERSONNEL STRENGTH FOR PERFORMING TASKS OF THE MILITARY UNIT OF THE NATIONAL GUARD OF UKRAINE FOR THE PROTECTION OF IMPORTANT STATE FACILITIES IN SPECIAL PERIOD

Military units for the protection of important state facilities and nuclear installation in a special period can move to the defense of certain facilities. According to well-known leading documents, in the defense of an important state facilities, reconnaissance can be organized in the sphere of responsibility of a military unit, by allocating patrols, and also organized service at platoon support point and checkpoint. During the performance of certain tasks, assistance from a military unit for the protection of an important state facility may be given strength from other military units of the National Guard of Ukraine. The number of personnel of the attached forces will depend on the total number of personnel that is needed to carry out the defense measures of an important state facility. The purpose of the article is to develop the model of determining the necessary number of personnel for performing tasks of the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine for the protection of important state facilities in a special period. The developed model for determining the personnel strength of a military unit for the protection of an important state facility in a special period takes into account the basic conditions for the performance of combat missions by this part in a special period and time required to meet the physiological needs of the body of servicemen in the performance of tasks. This allows you to use the model to substantiate the quantitative estimates of the personnel strength needed to solve the tasks by the military unit of the National Guard of Ukraine for the protection of an important state facility in a special period. This model can help officers of the Directorate for the Protection of important state facility of the National Guard of Ukraine make informed decisions to determine the necessary personnel strength assigned from other military units of the National Guard of Ukraine, which can be allocated to help military units to protect important state facility in a special period.
