Abstract
Any nation aspiring to sustainable development must first and foremost develop the education of its people. For the success of said education several elements come into play, among other things, the moment during which the lessons are held. To this end, we have observed in the city of Likasi as elsewhere in the Democratic Republic of the Cong on some primary schools operate in the afternoons. This bare observation has led us to ask a fundamental question. Would it be beneficial for learners in the primary cycle to find them in a learning situation beyond the morning.
