Abstract
We report a case of a large Morgagni hernia resulting in upper gastrointestinal obstruction in a 76-year-old woman. The diagnosis was only possible after a computerized tomography that showed the compression of the herniated stomach over the second portion of the duodenum and thus justifying the symptoms of upper intestinal occlusion.
