Abstract
The aim of the present study was to explore the association between quality of life and self-efficacy in mental health patients in Vlore, Albania. A purposive sample of 200 individuals attending mental health services in Vlora answered questionnaires about socio-demographic status (age, gender, highest level of education completed, family status, self-efficacy and quality of life. Self-efficacy levels were measured using the General Self-Efficacy Scale (GSE), and life quality was measured using the brief version of the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQL-BREF).
