Abstract
To investigate the mechanism of alcohol induced liver injury in order to identify and develop therapeutic strategies to prevent disease progression. Albino rats were given herbal extract of Cassia auriculata to find its efficacy for hepatoprotective. Biochemical analysis of liver function test and histopathological study were done to prove the efficacy of plant extract Cassia auriculata.
