Service Innovation and Financial Performance: An Empirical Analysis within Financial Institutions in Cameroon

Abstract
The main objective of this study is to measure the effect of service innovation. It is motivated by the observation that institutions face performance problems, one of the resolutions of which requires effective and complete control of the latter. Data collected from 95 Cameroonian financial institutions was tested using simple linear regression. The results reveal that the meaning of the variation in financial performance depends on contingency element within these financial institutions.
