Abstract
Collecting primary data from 150 small and medium - sized enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, using the multivariate regression method, the study found 06 factors affecting business performance of enterprises in the area, including: Enterprise characteristics, owner characteristics, labor, corporate finance, infrastructure, and corporate policy. Based on the research results, the authors propose solutions to improve the business efficiency of small and medium enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.
