Abstract
Gastric duplication cysts in adults are rare congenital anomalies and comprise about 29 % of all gastrointestinal duplication cysts. They are often overlooked due vague symptoms. Majority of the cases are reported in children. We present a rare case of gastric duplication cyst in a 65 year old female.
