Legal Politics for the Establishment of Regional Regulations in Realizing the Development of the National Legal System

The purpose of this research is to analyze and discover the nature of the Political Law for the formation of regional regulations relating to the determination of the direction and content of regional regulations in realizing the development of Indonesia's national legal system, to analyze and find the concept of the Political Law for the formation of regional regulations that can realize the development of Indonesia's national legal system, and to explain and discover the factors that influence the Politics of Law Establishment of Regional Regulations as a means of justification and understanding of government policies in realizing the development of Indonesia's national legal system.
