Abstract
A 33 years gravida 3 para 1 live 1 woman with 2 months amenorrhea admitted in SBMCH OBG ward with complaints of lower abdomen pain. She is a known case of systemic lupus erythematosus with grade IV lupus nephritis first diagnosed at 16 years of age (2008).
