Abstract
In the manufacturing environment, quality improves reliability, increases productivity and customer satisfaction. Quality in manufacturing requires the practice of quality control. This research work investigates the level of quality control in a condom manufacturing industry. The study involves inspection of some randomly selected finished products on daily bases. The main objective of this work is the application of statistical quality control technique in production department by the help of P-chart, X- chart and R- chart etc. and suggesting the area to be furnished.
