Abstract
The study aimed to identify the effect of both positive and negative rest on the number of heart rates and comparison between them in terms of speed of recovery and return of heart rates to normal or around it was tested through two groups used with each type of comfort and the researcher found a significant effect of the two species on the heart rates with a preference for positive rest recommended the study to circulate to the federations to benefit from and included in the programs that are taught in the training courses for the benefit of trainers and program developers training courses.
