Abstract
The aim of this paper is to discuss the contribution and role that skin tags play as elements of signification (objects?) for the constitution of the subject. For this purpose, we make use of the ideas of Foucault, Fonseca-Silva, and Sant'Anna, in order to analyze the participation of skin tags (scars and dermatoses of chronic and long-term course, congenital diseases) in the constitution of the subject.
