Factors Affecting Scientific Research Results by Teachers of Universities Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

This study analyzes the factors affecting the results of scientific research of university lecturers in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. The study used Cronbach�s Alpha test method and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to test and build the scales. In addition, the linear regression method is used to find out the factors affecting the scientific research results. The results showed that factors affecting Scientific research results include: Working environment, Cognition, Personal competence, Motivation made, Age and Specialized fields of lecturers.
