Anaesthetic Management of Patient with Large Atrial Septal Defect with Mild Pulmonary Hypertension Posted for Left Patella Fracture Repair

Abstract
A 21 year old female patient posted for left patella fracture repair was diagnosed to have large Atrial Septal Defect with mild pulmonary arterial hypertension. We report the successful management of this case using general anaesthesia along with Adductor canal Block. Careful monitoring and vigilant care during the perioperative period led to an uneventful recovery.
