Abstract
An aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a benign solitary lesion of unknown etiology, mainly occurs in the long bones and spine but, are rarely reported in the bones of the foot and ankle. Very few cases of ABC involving the talus reported up today. We report an unusual case of ABC of talus in a 23-year-old female.
