Abstract
Road traffic accidents are common especially in developing countries proper rehabilitation post soft tissue injuries facilitates early recovery and prevents long term complications. Aims& Objectives of this original research was to evaluate the efficacy of specific tailored exercises post hemarthrosis ACL, MCL of left knee. Materials& Methodology: 43 years old male after an RT accident sustained injury to left knee.
