Abstract
Hemangioendotheliomas are benign leisons which are recently classified as hemangiomas. They are rare but diagnosis cannot be missed on radiological investigations due to their signature appearance. This lesion is more common in infants of age less than one year and these lesions may completely resolve with time. the dangerous complication include consumption coagulopathy and heart failure.
