Transient Solution for Unreliable C Servers under Balking,&Catastrophes

This paper proposed a transient modeling with balking, catastrophes, server failure and repair, all the servers having same service rate. The customers arriving the system under poisson process and the service rate follows an exponential distribution. Using the suitable generating function and laplace transforms are obtaining the transient solution of our model.
