Abstract
Performance of two different half cells (anaerobic digester) made in 500 ml beakers having an effective anodic chamber volume of 450 ml were evaluated under the effect of an applied potential difference of the range -0.3 V to + 0.3 V. Synthetic feed containing sulfide was used to study the amount of sulfur recovered after an electrochemical process had taken place.
