Abstract
The current research aims at identifying the nature of the correlation between the research variables (cognitive motivation) of the students of the university and its relation to (the future of the professional future) and (awareness of knowledge processes), and the extent to which the variables of& #039, professional future anxiety& #039, and& #039, awareness of cognitive processes& #039, contribute to the overall variation of the cognitive variable. The research sample consisted of (248) students from the Faculty of Education for Pure Sciences / Ibn Al-Haytham, and the criteria of research were applied knowledge motivation, Professional future anxiety, awareness of cognitive processes, and the use of Pearson& #039, s correlation coefficient and t-test, and the equation of multiple regression analysis, the results showed a correlation between the three research variables. The variables (occupational future anxiety) and cognitive process awareness contribute to (35 %) of the total variance of the variable (cognitive impulse).
