Abstract
This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between self efficacy with anxiety. Subjects in this study were students of Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI in 2010, which was chosen by using accidental sampling technique. Population number 168, the sample was taken as many as 113 respondents based on criteria morgan table. The method of collecting data uses the scale of self efficacy and anxiety scale. Data analysis technique used is bivariate correlation. The result of the analysis shows that r -0, 284 with p 0, 002
