Abstract
The Incidence of ovarian mass detected during pregnancy is very rare. Here we report a case of serous cyst adenoma of ovary in a 22 year old G2A1 with 39.4 weeks gestation which was successfully excised after the delivery of the baby, after that we send that mass for histological reporting were it has been diagnosed. Ovarian cyst in pregnancy are reported to occur once in every 1000 pregnancy.
