Comparison of the Efficacy and Safety between Dienogest and Dydrogesterone in Treatment of Endometriosis: Prospective Study

Endometriosis is a common benign gynecologic disorder, which found in reproductive-aged women due to its hormonal dependent nature. Objective compare the efficacy and safety of Dienogest to dydrogesterone in management of endometriosis Patients& Methods A prospective open-label study, conducted in an out-patient gynecologist clinic for one year starting from 1st Jan-2015 till 1st Jan-2016, included 40 healthy women without signs and symptoms of metabolic disturbances, with proven endometriosis.
