Abstract
A male, 41 years old complaint of weakness, nausea, vomiting and yellowish eyes a week prior to admission. lab result revelaed increased of SGOT and SGPT. Positive HBsAg detection and hepatomegaly on ultrasonography. The patient was managed as acuta fulminant B hepatitis as a protocol, but unfortunately the patient death due to encephalopathy hepatic and shock septic.
