Abstract
Ketosis-Prone Diabetes is a type of diabetes mellitus that not fit to be classified as type 1 diabetes either type 2 diabetes. The diagnose must including Antibody test and beta-cell function. In this case, we would like to share the clinical presentation of diabetic ketoacidosis which similar and can considered to ketosis-prone diabetes. Male 27 years old, came with heavy nausea and vomiting since 1 day before admission, we diagnose him with diabetic ketoacidosis, in examination, we did not find any infection source, so we consider ketosis-prone diabetes.
