Abstract
As the overall stability of a precast structure majorly depends on its connections and joints between elements, it is important to consider the role of these connections and joints in transferring the loads between its elements and to stabilize the foundation. The connections and joints should be designed so that it has to satisfy all the requirements of the building so that it can achieve shorter construction time This literature will highlight some of the important features of such connection and joints used in Precast residential structures.
