Abstract
The purpose of the present work is to portray the comparison of how knowledge is shared among engineering and arts faculty. The design and approach of the paper is basically conceptual. The concept of this paper is that it orchestrates perception of teachers in knowledge sharing orientation in Indian Engineering Systems and Arts Colleges. Research data was collected using questionnaire with items focusing on private and government engineering and arts institutions.
