Abstract
Many varieties of biological activities can be synthesized by various methods by the series of derivatives of 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole having. These biological activities include anti-microbial, anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, anti-HIV, anti-tubercular, anti- diabetic, anti- fungal etc. In this updated review article we have reviewed various synthesis methods of derivatives of 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole nucleus and evaluation of various biological activities.
