Abstract
The study was targeted at evaluating the modulatory effect of aqueous fruit pulp of Dialium guineense on hemeoxygenase, insulin, angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) and possible hypoglycemia in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. Twenty four male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups control, diabetic control (Dm), diabetic + 300 mg/kg body weight Dialium guineese (Dm+ DG) and diabetic + 500 mg/kg Vitamin C (Dm +Vit.
