Abstract
the researcher observed that the employment in informal sector represents roughly third quarter in many developing countries, from that the researcher anticipated that once the informal sector is taken advantage of, it might reduce the unemployment rate, which is being a major issue to be addressed. This research aimed at modelling different factors influencing employment in informal sector participation in Rwanda. it was undertaken using secondary data Rwanda Labour force survey August 2017 data which are the data collected in August 2017 by NISR in a survey called Labour Force Survey
