Patients who had inclusion and exclusion criteria were given lavender aromatherapy previously then they measured for pain intensity and after 10 minutes of administration with inhalation used an electrical aromatherapy lamp. The Mann Whitney test results that there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group. Value of p = 0, 000, the reduction pain intensity in the group that gave aromatherapy more effective than the group that gave only placebo.
