Abstract
Collective bargaining is the negotiation between the employer and employee about the working conditions, terms of service and other aspects relating to employment and reaching a voluntary agreement among themselves. Though collective bargaining brings effective way of settling industrial disputes amicably between employer side and the employee side (i. e. Mostly trade union on behalf of employee), it resulted in failure in India due to various reasons.
