Abstract
Cluster analysis result showed existence of considerable diversity in pigeonpea germplasm accessions. The maximum inter cluster distance was observed in between cluster I and VI. Hence, genotypes belonging to cluster IV may be utilized as parent in future breeding programmes with the genotypes belonging to cluster I to obtain better/heterotic segregants.
