Identified and summarized management role of the labour market. Analyzed the effectiveness of functioning of the infrastructure components of state administration of labour market Volyn region. On the basis of statistical indicators carried out a study of the dynamics of indicators of employment, the structure of services provided career guidance to citizens registered in the State employment service of Ukraine, Volyn region, indicators of registered unemployment and provide unemployment assistance to the population and justifies the main trends of the population, which were registered in the State employment service of Volyn region. Proposed original approaches to a more efficient labour market regulation Volyn region.
