Multicultural education programs in the universities of Great Britain: kinds and context

Abstract
In the article language, religious, ethnic programs of multicultural education and programs of student exchange of multicultural direction are examined in the universities of Great Britain. The aim of the article consists in context opening of the above-mentioned programs in the universities of Great Britain and in modules’ peculiarities illumination that is included in program context. In the process of research such methods as a descriptive method, methods of analysis and synthesis are used. Context of analyzed programs is exposed and peculiarities of each are reflected; the aim of programs’ course is certain; modules that are included in multicultural education programs context in British universities are described; meaningfulness of the program "Applied Bilingualism" (the English and Welsh languages) in the University of Wales is underlined. Research results can be drawn on in further scientific investigations in the field of multicultural education in universities of other countries.
