Abstract
Actinic cheilitis (AC) is a preneoplastic lip lesion, requiring early therapy because of its potential for neoplastic transformation. It is associated with high risk of invasive squamous cell carcinoma development. We present a case of 78-year-old male with AC. The clinical features, diagnostics and the treatment plan are discussed.
