Abstract
This study intends to understand the influence of individual components of the personal factors on the attitude concerning the knowledge sharing intention or behaviour in the context Engineering Education in Karnataka State, India. The personal factors considered for the study are age, gender and experience in the field of engineering education. The data for the said study was collected from the online survey. From the study, it is observed that only two factors, i. e. the age and experience were found to be statistically significant in influencing an individual
