Abstract
The oral cavity may be a potential source of diagnostic information. Oral manifestations of vesiculobullous disease may occur independently or precede cutaneous involvement by a year or more. The vesicullobullous disorders that occur commonly in the oral cavity are pemphigus vulgaris, cicatricial pemphigoid, erythema multiforme, IgA disease and bullous pemphigoid.
