Abstract
In this Paper, a finite capacity, finite source single server queueing model with discouraged Arrivals and Retention of Reneged Customers Controllable arrival rates is considered. The steady state solutions of system size are derived explicitly. The analytical results are numerically illustrated and relevant conclusions are presented.
