Abstract
Spiradenoma& cylindroma are relatively uncommon sweat gland tumors. These lesions along with trichoepithelioma can co-exist and this gives support to the theory that they are part of the same spectrum and have a similar derivation. They can occur as separate lesions or within a single tumor mass as collision tumors. Here we report a case of a 67 year old female who presented with multiple papulonodular lesions over the nose for 10 years, which was clinically suspected to be an adnexal tumor. Biopsy of two different lesions revealed a spiradenocylindroma& trichoepithelioma.
