Abstract
All maternal active phase of the first stage cannot adequately treat pain, for example straining before the complete opening, the patient looks anxious, nervous, exhausted, in pain. This study is a pre-experimental approach one group pretest posttest design, implemented in maternity Raden Mattaher Jambi hospitals in Year 2016. The population were all normal mothers delivered during the period from July to October 2016, with the number of samples of 145 people. Mechanical harvesting accidental sampling.
