Abstract
There are various restorative materials have been used in dentistry. Among all these restorative materials each and every material will have their own beneficial effects and harmful effects. The primary objective of this review is to evaluate the pulpal responses and the cytotoxic effects of various restorative materials used in operative and restorative dentistry. Understanding the biocompatibility nature of the restorative material and their cytotoxicity factors helps in better decision making in day-to-day dental practice.
