Abstract
Myopia is the most common type of refractive error, in which axial myopia is the most common variety. Axial myopia results in stretching of the globe and stretching of all coats of the eye. Usually retinal nerve fibre thinning occurs in glaucomatous eyes. But in our study we found that there is thinning of retinal nerve fibre layer with increase in axial length in myopic eyes.
