Abstract
Throughout the US Election race of 2016 the Trump administration has mentioned increasing the US workforce in multiple fields, including the IT sector. One of the prominent proposed solution to increase the amount of US technicians in IT companies was to reduce the H1-B visa quota for non-indigenous IT companies. The purpose of this case study is to analyze how the Indian IT companies should react to this visa reduction using Game Theoretic frameworks involving Equilibrium (Nash) analysis.
